Office Depot Call Center

DESCRIPTION:

The Office Depot Call Center is a 75,000 s.f. call center located just outside of Austin, TX.  The call center was built out in several phases over two years.

The First phase was the installation of the server room with a dedicated Data Aire HVAC system and dual redundant backup power systems.  The server room was required to stay up at all times during construction.

DESCRIPTION:

The CCM store is located on the Plaza Level of the BB&T Center.  This was an interior build-out that included the installation of wood paneling and all new millwork.

DESCRIPTION:

Office Depot has been reducing the square footage of the stores to 5,000 square feet to create more cost effective stores. The projects range from converting existing stores and leasing the difference, to brand new locations. SBLM was the architect of the stores and CSpace provided project management for the construction of the New York, Washington, D.C., Ft. Myers, and Virginia stores. The stores still have  their typical office supply displays and also feature new sections such as Bluwire for all mobile and tablet needs, and the Tech Shop for computer items.

The first 25,000 S.F. of the build-out includes a large training room that has a Hufcor movable partition that allows the space to be divided into two classrooms or be combined for office wide meeting. The next phase included executive offices additional meeting rooms, management offices, and open plan offices.
